Does the poem that begins with “What [is the matter] with the one who smelled the soil of Ahmad” actually belong to Fatima Al-Zahra?
Answer
In the name of Allah, it is commonly known that it belongs to Al-Zahra (PBUH). Perhaps her words were in this sense and were later composed into verse by the lovers of Ahlulbait (PBUT), but it is generally attributed to her (PBUH), and these lines are not considered a full poem as recognized by literary scholars. Allah is the Guide.

What are jurisprudent rulings for Husseini poetry which speaks on behalf of someone?
Answer
In the name of Allah, the poet and the preacher must not deviate from the religious limits; that is, he must not attribute lying to the infallible (PBUH) or interpret his words or actions in something that does not suit his position. On top of that is to confine to religious limits. Allah knows best
