What is the ruling if a pilgrim is required to perform the stoning of the Jamarāt from the upper levels, such as the second, third, or fourth floor? What is the ruling specifically on the 10th day, upon which other actions like slaughtering and shaving depend? Would stoning from those levels suffice so the pilgrim may proceed with the remaining rituals?
Answer
In the name of Allah, if the upper part of the Jamrah structure is connected to the lower part, then there is no problem. Allah knows best.
